Currently serving as Vice President of Technology Operations & Services and Cloud Transformation at Export Development Canada, she leads complex digital transformation initiatives, aligning business and technology for the future. Nkechi has held senior roles at TD Bank Group, IBM, and Rogers Communications. She thrives in spaces where women are underrepresented, turning that reality into fuel to drive impact and open doors for others.

Beyond her corporate role, Nkechi is the Founder and CEO of Empowered in My Skin Inc., dedicated to helping individuals embrace their worth and authenticity. She recently completed a successful tenure as Board Chair of Build a Dream and is an accredited Angel Investor with The Firehood Angel Network, amplifying innovation for women in tech.

Nkechi’s accolades include the WXN Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada, Tech Leader of the Year by WinTECH, and several community awards recognizing her impact. A Concordia graduate in Applied Mathematics, she also completed an executive program at Rotman School of Management.
