For over 30 years, Diane Craig has been providing leadership
development training and coaching to multi-national businesses, Fortune 500 companies, business schools and government agencies to optimize performance and potential across every organizational level.
Recognized internationally for her Executive and Leadership Presence Training System and executive coaching, Diane facilitates customized workshops and seminars to organizations around the world: from Europe to the Gulf Region, Asia, Australia, South Africa and across the Americas – North, Central and South. Additionally, Diane mentors other
coaches on Executive Presence and Leadership Skills to help them attain, maintain or level up their ICF (International Coaching Federation) designation. Corporate Class Inc.’s Executive and Leadership Presence Training System is the only ICF certified Executive Presence program for Coaches and Agents of Change.

She has worked privately with the C-suite executives of multi-billion dollars organizations such as Huawei, Cerner, General Motors, Ford Motors, KPMG, Deloitte, E&Y, and several banks in North America and Africa.
Diane is a regular speaker at national and international business meetings and conferences. Her perspectives on executive and leadership presence are frequently sought after by media. She is often quoted in The Globe and Mail and National Post, Forbes Magazine, CNN Business News and appears regularly on CBC and CTV.
Diane studied at the Protocol School of Washington – and at University of British Columba, Vancouver, BC, Canada and the Pacific University in Oregon, US. In 2010, she completed the NFP Program for Corporate Directors, Diane completed the HarvardMentor’s program on Strategic Planning and Execution, Change Management, Leading People, and
Customer Focus. Other Certifications: Neuroleadership, Conversation Intelligence, Positive Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Intercultural Intelligence and several other program accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
In year 2000, Diane created a foundation, Sandrine’s Gift of Life, to help create awareness for organ and tissue donation and transplantation. For 12 years, until December 2016, Diane served as a Board Member for the Trillium Gift of Life Network, the province of Ontario’s organization responsible for organ and tissue donation and transplantation.
In 2021 Diane launched Corporate Class Inc.’s own Centre for Diversity and Inclusion and a philanthropic initiative WIN (Women Innovator’s Network). WIN provides leadership training and coaching to women who are clients of a Not for Profit organization that helps women or women on the leadership team of a NFP Organization. Frequently heralded for her inspirational role in leadership, Diane is the recipient of many awards including: Governor General of Canada Meritorious Service Medal; Canadian Living Magazine Women of Inspiration Award; Toastmaster International’s Communication and Leadership Award.
