Tracy Folorunsho-Barry is a visionary social entrepreneur, workforce and employment strategist, and Founder & CEO of GROW Women Leaders™ and the GROW Foundation, operating under Grow Hands Enterprise Ltd. She designs structured pathways that dismantle systemic barriers preventing women, particularly immigrant, Black, Indigenous, and Women of Colour (BIWoC), from accessing meaningful employment, economic participation, and leadership opportunities.
